Marketing Executive Assistant
Turn wedding-planning pain into sharp, high-performing social content. Async, global, founder-led brand — pure creative, no sales or outreach.
About the role
Brunchie is wedding-planning operations software. We help couples, planners, and hosts manage RSVPs, seating, itineraries, guest coordination, and event logistics in one place. Core features are free, with premium for deeper wedding complexity. We are not trying to be another generic wedding content account. We are building the clearest and most useful voice in wedding operations.
Brunchie is founded in Canada and fully remote. There is no office. We hire globally — the team works from wherever they live, in their own city and their own time zone. Canada is where the company is incorporated; it is not where you have to be.
Part-time, 15–20 hrs/week, fully remote, async-first. The role runs async with two scheduled sync calls per week (60 minutes each, fixed times that work for both sides) plus same-day written updates. No daily standups. No "always online" expectation.
This role supports an aggressive growth push in the wedding category. You will create, package, schedule, and optimize content that turns real wedding-planning pain into sharp, high-performing social content. This is not a passive scheduling role. It is an execution role focused on speed, taste, clarity, and consistency.
