Wedding coordination software for planners and vendors
Brunchie is a free hangout app that planners and vendors share with their couple clients. Seating charts, host-private docs, multi-audience itineraries, view-only vendor access, and day-of check-in — in one room with the couple.
Brunchie is wedding coordination software the planner shares with the couple. One hangout holds the seating chart, RSVP tracker, host-private budget, multi-audience itineraries, vendor docs, and day-of check-in. Vendors get view-only access at one of two tiers without ever seeing the budget or the full guest list. Pricing today is governed by the Free forever page — core features are free; future fees may apply to specific feature areas as that page describes.
How professional planners use Brunchie
Planners typically run a planner-side CRM (Aisle Planner, Honeybook, or similar) for lead capture, contracts, and billing. Brunchie sits next to that CRM as the shared room with the couple — the place where the couple can edit the seating chart at midnight, the photographer can re-check the run-of-show, and the day-of crew can scan guests in. Two complementary tools, two different jobs.
Here's the shape:
- Build one fully populated wedding hangout — seating, RSVPs, itinerary, photobooth, and Docs — as a reusable template.
- For each new couple, clone it into a fresh hangout and add the couple as cohosts.
- Invite vendors at the right tier. External guest = sees public itinerary + guest-visible docs. External cohost = additionally sees host-only docs + the host-only runbook.
- Day-of: open the runbook on the planner's phone. Florist 9:00, ceremony cue 14:55, last call 23:30. Couple's view shows the guest schedule; planner's view shows the runbook.
- Check guests in at the door with QR codes.

Why "one shared room" matters
Most wedding stacks scatter information across email threads, Drive folders, group texts, and a planner's CRM the couple never logs into. Brunchie collapses that into a single hangout where the couple, the planner, and (selectively) the vendors are all looking at the same source of truth.
- No more re-sending the floor plan. It lives in the Docs tab.
- No more "what time again?" It's in the itinerary the couple sees and (for the vendor crew) in the host-only runbook.
- No more "did we confirm dietary for table 7?" The seating chart shows the dietary tag on the seat.
- No more vendor accidentally seeing the budget. External guests see only what you've published; the budget stays host-private.
Pairs well with
- Aisle Planner / Honeybook / Dubsado for the planner-side CRM (leads, contracts, billing). Brunchie is the client-facing room, not the CRM.
- Zola / The Knot / Joy for the wedding website + registry. Brunchie is the operations layer behind the public website.
- WeddingWire for vendor discovery before booking. Brunchie is after vendors are booked.
